Hi Broncos Coaches and Parents:

As most of you have heard by now we are playing on our home field this Sunday (St. Joes). Due to the last minute change we are in desperate need of concession supplies and helpers. That means we need all parents to help. We have come up with a system that seems to make sense. It will allow the parents to watch their children play and also allow the stand to run smoothly.

Game times have changed so look closely:

JR PEEWEE 10:00AM
PEEWEES 11:30AM
JR MIDGETS 1:00PM
MIDGETS 2:30PM

Concession stand schedule:

JR. PEEWEE PARENTS WILL WORK THE PEEWEE GAME @ 11:30AM

PEEWEE PARENTS WILL WORK THE JR PEEWEE GAME @ 10:00AM

JR. MIDGETS PARENTS WILL WORK THE MIDGETS GAME @ 2:30PM (stand is usually slow so we can start cleaning up)

MIDGETS PARENTS WILL WORK THE JR. MIDGETS GAME @ 1:00PM

We are completely out of supplies, we need
ICE,CANDY,GATORADE,WATER,BUNS,AMERICAN CHEESE,BAKED GOODS,CHIPS,CHARCOAL AND WHATEVER ELSE YOU THINK CAN SELL.

Lets not burn out the same parents that are always working the same positions. Let's show our kids what its like to work like a team. We can make this work as long as we work together.

ITS FOR THE KIDS!

Please email back the item you will be bringing so we won't have to panic till Sunday.

If anyone is local to help Coach Garvin set up in the morning approx 8:30am that would be wonderful.

- There will be a "kick-off the season" Bronco BBQ at Coach Garvin's house on Sunday, August 3rd from 3pm to 6pm. Players, coaches and all family members are invited. Please RSVP by July 21st to bergenbroncos@yahoo.com.

- We will start practice starts on Monday August 4th and go thru Thursday from 6pm to 8:30pm at St. Joes, Montvale. We will continue practice Monday thru Thursday 6pm to 8:30 pm until Labor Day, then 3 nights a week. Times after Labor Day will vary by squad.

- Pre Season conditioning mini camp at St Joes, during the week of July 28th, hosted by Kevin Ensenat of Michael's One-On-One, to prepare you for the upcoming season. The mini camp will be held Saturday, July 26, July 28, July 29, July 30, and July 31, from 4-6pm, at St Joes, Montvale. The cost is $20 per player and can be paid at the camp. Players should wear t-shirts, shorts, and cleats, and remember to bring water or Gatorade. Attendance at this camp is highly recommended.
